I miss John and Debbie. Flat out. The complex never looked as run down and unkempt as it has since the new management took over. There is always trash all over/around/on -- but never IN the dumpster and there are more shopping carts in the parking lot than cars. Nobody picks up after their dogs, the top of my car is torn up from the untrimmed tree branches, and the office staff is unprofessional and rude. It has been very frustrating living here since the unfortunate take-over and even though my lease isn't up until next summer, I'm already looking for a new place to live.

To be fair, the $/square foot is a great value and I haven't had any real big problems since moving here 2 years ago. I just wish management seemed to care about managing and maintaining the property.

Yes, the trash problem has been getting to me. At least add some garbage cans arrounf the property. Another issue that has popped up since the new management came in is with the abundance of shopping carts. Looks aren't everything, but I feel like the neighborhood is drawing in the wrong people.

Runnawaytenant, this place is run by a bunch of idiots that why. The maintenace takes forever to fix things if it gets fixed I mean about two months. These people don't care about quality only money. The untilities are outrageous and I can hear my neighbors doing everything including having sex and all the noise that comes with it.
