The complex used to be a great place to live until the new management came into the picture. Albeit they are not the most attractive apartments around but for the money they were good. Now the grounds are a mess. Shopping carts, broke down cars and trash everywhere. The maintence man has no maintence skills whatsoever and is far from trustworthy. Rent has already increased since the buy out of the property and expected to increase alot more. And rumor has it that some of the buildings are failing structurally and being ignored. I definitly wont be renewing my lease again this year

I couldn't agree with you more. Do you know those idiots erase my post about warning future tenants. All I said was WARNING IF YOU MOVE INTO THIS COMPLEX YOU WILL GET A COMPLEX. THEY STEAL MONEY-THIS IS TRUE. I KNOW THE ELEPHANT LADY IS GONE BUT THE PLACE IS STILL A MESS. PROSPECTIVE TENANTS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! DON'T MOVE TO THIS PLACE WARNING.
