WARNING DONT BELIEVE THE WEBSITE PICTURES, GO BY THE COMPLEX AND YOU WILL SEE HOW HORRIBLE IT IS. Of course nothing is as pretty as the pictures but you swim in the pool at your own risk-it's dirty. There's always garbage everywhere along with shopping carts. It's run down and ragged. They charge for things they don't provide service for- deposits for moving in but do they clean the place professionally no. They don't provide quality service and take forever to fix things meaning 2-3 months if it gets fixed. YOU MOVE IN AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!!!!!! IT'S NOISY, UNLEVELED AND IT WENT DOWN SINCE THE NEW OWNERS BOUGHT THIS PLACE A YEAR AGO.

Runnawaytenant, this place is run by a bunch of idiots that why. The dumber than dumb maintenace takes forever to fix things if it gets fixed I mean about two months. These people don't care about quality only money. The untilities are outrageous and I can hear my neighbors doing everything including having sex and all the noise that comes with it.

This complex is in bad shape. The owner's kid runs the place and all he cares about is saving a dime and making lots of money. He won't have anything fixed and he raises rent about $80 on average per renewal. I won't be renewing and there are MANY empty apartments here because of this. He is charging ridiculous amounts of rent for very run down, old and falling apart apartments. DO NOT BELIEVE THE FRONT OF THE COMPLEX, THEY KEEP THE GROUNDS FAIRLY NICE UP THERE. DRIVE THROUGH AND SEE THE REAL CONDITION OF THE GROUNDS,trash every where, rats and other rodents running around, it is horrible. STUDENTS STAY AWAY FROM HERE. Your folks don't want you living in this mess.
