The only one writing the nice reviews are the staff. It is not quiet or quaint and the price is not low when you include the utilities-you are charged for garbage pickup. You are safe if you lock things up and it's not nice, the roads are unleveled and there's not enough space for anything outside. You can't trust the staff because they will enter your apartment unannouced-it's illegal. It is only minutes from Butler Plaza, but the apartments are not really clean-they do not professionally clean them but they charge you for this and don't believe the lie- if people are nice that's because they are high. Not all of them but enough of them. If you are on a budget you are still going to get ripped off because once you figure utilities you are paying the same or more and getting a lot less. The laundry facility is terrible you have to wash twice, some machines takes money.
