If you heard what some of the tenants said about this place you would not want to live here. The roads are unleveled-guaranteed to mess up your car. People steal things - you car, anything even if it's locked up. The rent seemed cheap until you figure the utilities-water, electric, sewage taxes on to all of these things. Water should be included so you pay about the same as other places but get less quality. The apartments are not renovated and clean- you can hear just about everything through the walls, and these apartments don't look like the website pictures. Also, the lease is enforced when ever they want to- some unprofessional people running this place. They can't keep a stable manager here- there's been three within three months. The fitness center has dangerous equipment, the basketball court is a joke. Some of the steps are cracked and unsafe going up the stairs. They will tell you anything to get you in here- BE WARNED!!!! You can Do BETTER- RUN! They won't fix things in the apartment but you can count on the stupid noisy leaf blowers waking up early in the morning!
