This place is screwed up. Seriously. The new guy, a warrington grad is incompetent and useless. They are doing nothing about maintainence. No safety at all. Most street lights dont work in the apartment. Everything is falling apart and the management is doing nothing. Not a good place to live. Even the maintainence ppl are not happy with the management. I do not know what is their plan, how do they expect ppl to stay. They are cashing in on the ignorant and clueless no of students who arrive in gainesville every year. By the time these ppl leave.. new students would join so.. they can be as cheap as they want.
