I've lived here for 9 months and really like it. I never hear my neighbors, always able to find a parking place and I feel very comfortable walking my dogs at all hours of the day/night. I have referred many people here and would hate to have to move. The office staff is always friendly and know my first name. Sometimes it takes a week for them to fix things, but for serious things like when my AC went out they were over immediately. The buildings are a little old, but kept up well. This is a very nice community. I have had great service from the New Management and he is VERY friendly. I plan to stay here a for a good while so come and check it out. One issue is that they need to get new maintenence people on site.

Quiet neighbors and parking place is something trivial and found in all common apartment complexes. The main issues are maintenance and cost of utilities - and in both ways these apartments are way too bad. And the manager only smiles and looks friendly but never works!! So whats the use of him then? He is never available at the office.
