This apartment complex is Quiet and quaint, but it is nice for the low price. Not a luxury Hotel, but has everything you need. The area is safe and nice with a lot of nice residences and a few shopping surrounding it. Only Minutes from the evrything.Tons of places to go eat nearby plus a grocery store and drug store less than a mile away. The apartment itself is clean, and the people are nice. Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves, and say hi when you walk by. If you are on a budget, this would be be best place to live because it is safe and in a great area.

It is not quiet or quaint and the price is not low when you include the utilities-you are charged for garbage pickup. You are safe if you lock things up and it's not nice, the roads are unleveled and there's not enough space for anything outside. You can't trust the staff because they will enter your apartment unannouced-it's illegal. It is only minutes from Butler Plaza, but the apartments are not really clean-they do not professionally clean them but they charge you for this and don't believe the lie- if people are nice that's because they are high. Not all of them but enough of them. If you are on a budget you are still going to get ripped off because once you figure utilities you are paying the same or more and getting a lot less.

Exactly, if you include utilities this turns out to be more expensive than the other apartments.
