I just move in here, and love it. The staff is friendly and the apartments are nice and cozy. The neighbors here are very friendly. There's not much traffic and the noise, actually I haven't really heard any noise.

You just joined, so dont jump to conclusions yet. Ask the people who lived there before and left later. they will tell you the whole story of the bad manager and bad maintenance.
