	I just move in here, and love it. The staff is friendly and the apartments are nice and cozy. The neighbors here are very friendly. There's not much traffic and the noise, actually I haven't really heard any noise.

	run before you move in nasty terrible apartments they all smell like roaches the pool is a disaster please don't move in it is better in the salvation army.

	the new manager make the Tuscan Bend apartment a great change. the environment is better than before. The manager is ready to help everybody. Actually it is nice place. Living here make a lifer easy , happy.

	The only one writing the nice reviews are the staff. It is not quiet or quaint and the price is not low when you include the utilities-you are charged for garbage pickup. You are safe if you lock things up ... more
