Ive only lived here a few weeks, and it seems pretty nice. The occasional cockroaches bother me, but those exist in any aparmtent. Otherwise, its clean, people in the office are nice, maintenance is pretty responsive. Location is great as well. Rate is kinda pricey, but you get what you pay for.
