In the small, oldest apartments, it sucks. My water turns my bath black, the pipes stain my wall with rust, the appliances are very old and sound horrible when running, my walls are so thin, you have to be careful not to lean on them too hard, the windows struggle to open, the stairs are on the wall and it's sooooo loud when people go up and down them, the wall has a crack in it and water leaks in (which the maintaince hasn't fixed yet & its been 3 weeks). I have never had a problem with maintaince until now and the office is ok. I have lived here 4 years and they still don't know who I am, even though I am in there almost every week. The fitness room can use a makemover. The pool is very nice. The door hindges are painted over so they crack when you shut them and you can pretty much take the door right off the wall. I know apartment living is tough and it's hard to keep noise isolated, but I can hear my upstairs neighbor chopping veges at night, taking midnight and 8am baths, talking on the phone, and when he walks, it sounds like he is about to fall through. I know people who live in the larger, newer units and they are much nicer. Just stay away from the small ones. There;s a reason the turnover rate is incredible and they took forever trying to sell the small apartments. I can;t wait to move!
