lived here for almost 3 years - Maintenance is HORRIBLE (toilet stopped working once, called them and they said "lift the lid and pull the chain" guess what...it didn't work) - Carpet is definetly CHEAP appliances seem like they are from the late 70's (when windmeadows was built), the fitness center is a total gym and when i say that i mean it's a "TOTAL GYM" (as seen on TV)the volleyball court does not have sand but feels more like cat litter, the walls seem to be paper thin (seriously, you can talk to your neighbor through your wall, just like in the movie "Office Space"), the parking lot floods everytime it rains...so much so it once actually entered the first floor apartments, and the management is so worried about the percentage ratings on this site that they actually have someone posting " Anonymous" and give 5.0's, don't believe me..look at about 85% of the "yes" entries on this site
