I am an out of state grad student, so I reserved an apartment with Windmeadows several months in advance without ever having seen the place. I used this site to help determine which complexes have problems, and I want to impart to anybody reading this that Windmeadows has made the entire move-in process smooth and easy for me. Windmeadows office staff were very helpful, and the apartment was extremely clean on move-in day. The apartment itself is well-kept, and maintenance has been quick about replacing old appliances that aren't working well. The electricity bill has been low (this is something to definitely keep in mind in choosing an apt) and the grounds are landscaped quite beautifully. I have had no problems with noise. The location of this complex is ideal because it's within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. Overall, I am extremely pleased with having found this place. While the price is slightly higher than other places you might find in the area, it is definitely worth it - especially after I got to see the problems with my friend's apartments who pay $50 less per month.
