I was at this complex for 4 years. I loved my one bedroom apartment. The staff was really friendly, and the maintenance staff was great... from the in-house staff to the contractors... all very friendly. The work that they do is great, and they were always quick to make needed repairs. When I called them on September 10, 2001 about the leak in the ceiling of my 2 floor apartment, they had contractors there fixing it on September 11th, who watched the day unfold with me. The only issues I ever had in my time here was when they would do work, they would leave the mess for me to clean up. Even when they installed ceiling fans in my apartment without telling me first (nice surprise though)... I had to clean up the dust from the ceiling off of my bed. Other than that, great apartments, great staff, and a great location. If I wouldn't have left Gainesville, I would still be in them.

I really lived there... Moved in from Clearwater in October 2000 and moved out in June 2004 in Apt. 224.

I agree with you Kam1975. I still live there and I love it. GREAT place. That's really cool about the September 10th renovations. The only thing is that a lot of the maintenance guys that worked here before have left, and some of the new guys are not that great.
