If you move here you will regret it for 365 days! For your own good don't overlook this review and say, "its just one bad review, it probably ok." Windmeadows is gutting every apartment in here so you have to listen to contruction workers ripping apart apartments constantly. If you like the idea of having a nailgun or a table saw as an alarm clock then move here. The place looks sloppy with all of the construction going on. The gate was recently put up front just to get more money from the renters. If you notice, the gate doesn't even enclose all of the apartments. THE WALLS HERE ARE PAPER THIN, so get used to listening to your neighbor watch movies full blast or practice their electronic drums. I constantly have to leave my apartment to get any studying done. The 1 bus route is very bad. It comes by ABOUT once every 30-45 minutes. There are many places in gainesville that have multiple buses come by throughout the day, so getting to class on time is easier elsewhere.

To top it all off, Windmeadows is raising the rent to right under $900 for a one bedroom. I don't think it is worth it so I'm going elsewhere!
