We loved Windmeadows when we moved in 3 years ago, but since they sold the property and tried (failed) to go condo, the management has been downright hostile. They are constantly trying to make cosmetic changes which disrupt our lives, and real things, like the washer/dryer connections they promised in 2007, are STILL not (Apr. 2008) being installed (but they did raise our rent last year). The new trash compactor was installed exactly 11 months after we were told "it will move next week", and the laundry room, well ... as usual, that was the fault of a subcontractor (it is always the fault of a subcontractor). There are LOTS of dogs over the supposed weight limit and I have only seen 1 dog owner clean up after his pooch, even though it is required. As a result, dog feces is everywhere.
