i am staying at windmeadows and its the best place that i have ever known. there is no noises. the residents are nice. there is alot of changes going on for the residents and also the staff are very friendly. i dont know why some people always fuss about things all the time. people are not perfect and they try to do things for us. i would give a thumps uo to windmeadows. the apartments are beautiful and the location is great. its like something you ever wanted. i have no problems in my apartment. all the renovations were done properly. on top of that the maintenance is the best here. they take like a day or two to get things repaired compared to the other apartments. they are hard working and they strive to get your work done.

I notice you are a new resident. You must be on one of the renovated apartments and not one of us old-timers who are in the pre-renovated ones. For us maintenance is something quite common, but, like you said, is done quickly, but often we are told "its not worth our time since we are going to renovate this unit". I would hope in the newly renovated units you were not needing much maintenance. See how you feel about this place in a year or two.
