Not sure what happened with the renter on the other comment but sounds as if they needed to speak with the property manager. If they had, maybe their rental experience would have been as nice as mine has been:) I have been at Windmeadows Apartments for the last two years and I ABSOLUTELY love it!!!!! Everyone is courteous, friendly and helpful. Every time I have called maintenance , my issues were taken care of as soon as they could and the techs were always friendly and eager to take of things. The grounds are gorgeous and the the pool is relaxing, not crazy and overflowing with people who don't actually live there. It isn't a loud partying property either, great for studying. Location has to be the biggest plus considering everything is close by such as the grocery store, places to eat out, movie theatre etc... Wow ... I agree with it not being a loud, party complex, convenience, and parking, but the management experience I have had has been totally the opposite. When I spoke to the staff they were extremely friendly, but then when nothing happened I spoke to the Property manager (Ms. Fondren) who was a total jerk who contradicted everything her staff told me, after which the staff all said (when she was present) that they never said something else that I must have misinterpreted ... even when I had something from them in writing! Maybe your experience is this good, but mine sure wasn't!
