Lived in gainesville since 2003 and recently moved to Windmeadows this year. The complex is kept clean, the apartment I moved into was in great condition. However there were some issues with appliances and the bathroom fixtures, but that was resolved after I informed the management.

I recently asked for my oven to be replaced and they went ahead and put in a new work order for me...this shows that they have commitment to their tenants.
