so this is the deal...the place looks good at first and when you first move in but overall it still is a 30 year old complex with 30 year old A/C's, windows, sliding glass doors, water heaters and 1970 energy efficient standards which are NOT up to today's standards. I lived there for a year and had my electric bill reach $220-240 consistently when i told management they said that it was the summer, GRU went up or better yet they blamed my energy consumption. Fast forward to now where I live in a BRAND NEW community and my summer electric bill for july and august (the HOTTEST MONTHS) and they were no more than $74 per month...now you tell me they didn't have crappy stuff at Windmeadows.

I don't pay for water and I did at windmeadows, i have a W/D and I am saving in the long run because that place is OVER PRICED!!!!!!!! Oh and be p[repared to call maintenance all the time because the place is OLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and there is no renovation that they can do to fix that...it might look new but look below the surface.

The only good thing about windmeadows is the location and the pool

Oh did i tell the bus route No. 1 to UF SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PS. Oh and i heard the employees write most of the great reviews since they all live there and most likel;y want to keep there jobs by suckering you to move in.
