Hmm...lets see where i can began...I love Windmeadows Apartments. Extremely large rooms, nice size living room and dining room, and a beautiful kitchen. Great location to do shopping, and on the bus route.. Seems perfect right'' Well, I did a little research on the utilities that someone in a 3-3 would spend and made a phone call to GRU. It comes to find out that on average, 3 residents would spend $240 for electric alone!!! based on my offered rent, $475 per person, we were told that electric would be no more than $37 a person!! $80 person and $37 per person is NOT the same number!!

I have calculated $537, based on average utilities consumption and not $475. That is a $62 difference, and a loss of $744 in 12 months.

Again, windmeadows is a great apartment! Just make sure you do extra research before signing a lease so you would not have to pay more than what you expected!

Well, the amount someone would have to pay for their electic bill would depend on their actual usage, as well. So the management, as well as GRU, can only give you an ESTIMATE. While getting that estimate is beneficial in knowing how much you might spend per month, it will vary greatly depending upon your monthly usage.
