I absolutely love this apartment. I rented the larger one bedroom and couldn't be more pleased. Some of the positives: friendly management, mainetenance responds quickly to problems (I had several issues with my ac during the beginning of my stay and they always responded within an hour of calling - after a few days it was completely fixed), plenty of parking, close location to a bus route that goes to UF, and a safe community (there is a gated entrance which closes at 6pm - so only residents or guests can enter). One big con: the cost. Rent does not include water, electric, or cable. The only thing it does cover is pest control (they spray inside your apartment every other month) and trash. The only problem I had with the management was due to my washer/dryer installation. I signed a lease in June with the assumption that the unit would be installed by my arrival in August (which didn't happen). But after speaking to the managers, my unit was installed within a month. I still wish that the w/d unit was installed before my arrival, but one bad experience doesn't outweigh many good ones. I definitely recommend this apartment.
