we just moved in on july 30th 09. this place is so unorganized. The staff is uneducated and lies out their asses. They tell you and assure you all these quality things then you get stoves and regenerators from the 70s!!! Kathy and Jessica never know what each other are doing or where they place items. They installed new carpeting and put all the doors back on wrong so now they don't lock and after opening and shutting them for a month they are falling of the hinges. The stair are dirty and have paint all over them. Our front door is a complete wreck and looks like someone smashed it with a baseball bat. I made a list of complaints and nothing has been done. Our washer and dryer was sitting in the kitchen on our move in date not to mention (OLD) seeing that having these installed as a new option shouldn't they be NEW!! Like she was told we were told everything was the same in the model apartment excluding colors of the appliance. Little do you know. The year the appliances came out differ. Model= nice new and shiny. Yours= POS. Our stove has coils and sparks. Our dishwasher didn't work and the guy came in and was like is it humming. SERIOUSLY>> can we say reoccurring thing for him to fix! why not replace them with the items we were told we'd be having! I'm amazed that anyone actually likes living here. We we're also told that the unit below us was a model and that no one would be living there. And 4 days in.. baby crying... hooray! The model furniture is still in there also!

I had the same problem. Leasing staffs are very very rude especially Sonia. I also have 70s fridge and stove. They promised me new appliances.. lies.. I also made sure washer/dryer will be installed by the move in date. Found out the unit had not gone through the construction for hook up. Do not believe what the leasing office people tell you. You will be guaranteed not to get an apartment that looks like the model.

I have found all the leasing staff at windmeadows extremely helpful and professional. Thanks Liz, Sonia, Alex and Kathy for a wonderful job.

Stop posting about the place you work at! I know quite a few people that live here and IT SUCKS!!! our electric bill is 300 dollars! because the complex doesn't have competent people working on issues! Also, Jessica (the old assistant property manager) got FIRED from the office due to lying to renters about the things they would be receiving with signing a lease.
