Satisfied Resident - Jefferson has exceded my expectations since I moved there in August 2008. Being close to downtown is so convenient and only having a 10 min walk to campus is even better. I shopped around for apartments after my first year but I could not find anything that compared to Jefferson's price and service. I also continually get flyers on my door about resident breakfast and lunch or other events ...Full review of Jefferson 2nd Avenue

Be careful before renting here. Ask a lot of questions. - We lived at Park Lane for a little over a year. It was great living there but things got ugly at the end. We were looking for a house but hadn't found one by the time our lease was ending. Hence, we decided to renew our lease for 7 months (they won't let you do 6 months) instead of a year. They never made it clear that one needs to give a 60 day notice if you break your lease. When we ...Full review of Park Lane

Oakbrook Walk was excellent - I had a 3rd floor apartment at Oakbrook Walk during the 2008-2009 school year. It is true you can easily and quickly walk to campus (or Shands) if it's a nice day and you don't want to take the bus, however the bus is easy to catch out front. My apartment was quiet (I needed quiet for study),and the balcony had a lovely view of one of their two pools. The 3rd floor apartments have ...Full review of Oakbrook Walk Apartments

Friendly, calm apartment complex surrounded my nature - I'm now on my 4th year living here and enjoy it very much. Less than 2 miles from the UF campus I bike to classes every morning. My family owns my personal unit, and so we rent the additional room, but regardless the diligence of maintenance personal, and overall friendliness of the complex staff makes it a great place to live and really adds value to our investment. ...Full review of Treehouse Village

Great place overall. - I lived at Hunter's Run for two years, having come from the terror that is the Polos at Gainesville. From the beginning, the property managers were on top of it all - they were prompt whenever they had to give out information to their tenants, the apartments grounds were almost always immaculate, and there was never a problem with noise from within the apartment complex ...Full review of Hunter's Run Apartments
