Oakbrook Walk was excellent - I had a 3rd floor apartment at Oakbrook Walk during the 2008-2009 school year. It is true you can easily and quickly walk to campus (or Shands) if it's a nice day and you don't want to take the bus, however the bus is easy to catch out front. Beware of Bed Bugs!!!!! Don't rent through Bogart Properties! You will be participating in the spread of BED BUGS!!!! And if you didn't know, the managment will rent you a furnished room, including bed bugs and fail to acknowledge the problem. So beware, the place is infested.
