07/08/14 by anonymous: I am really surprised by reading reviews over here. One thing i wanna point out here is that Maintenance service. Internet goes off on saturday evening. They told us that it will be fix by monday. Upon calling on monday it was told that it will be fixed by tomorrow morning. Upon calling on Tuesday they told us the same story that it will be fixed by 5 pm wednesday--->friday. Insects crawl here and more

Her assistant manager Jerri is great. Our maintenance men Thom and John are wonderful. Our lawns are done weekly and the pool is beautiful. more

04/16/14 by champion1980: Since I moved into Southwest Villas this year, it has been a great experience. The Maintenance crew are prompt and always there to solve any home problem. The Property Manager is always so courteous, warm, and welcoming to any and all concerns no matter the time of day. I have been nothing but pleased with the surrounding and area. It is a lovely place in my opinion. more

Towne Parc Apartments

2930 SW 23rd Terrace, Gainesville, FL 32608

04/17/14 by anonymous: It almost doesn't feel worthwhile to write this review seeing as how Towne Parc already has a bunch of really high reviews, but it was such an awesome place to live that I feel obligated to review it anyway. Hands down, Towne Parc is the best place to live in Gainesville. The staff is extremely nice; better than anywhere else I've lived in my four years at UF. The manager of the more

Mount Vernon Apartments

2370 Sw Archer Rd, Gainesville, FL 32608

06/02/14 by anonymous: Mount Vernon is a great place to live in Gainesville! It's a short walk to the veterinary school or medical schools, and a short drive to anything you could need on Archer. It's an older complex, but that has it's upsides! The walls are thick, so you rarely ever hear your neighbors. It's mostly a community of graduate students or working people, no loud undergrads! There was more

Treehouse Village

117 Se 16th Ave, Gainesville, FL 32601

04/12/14 by anonymous: Treehouse is a gem in the area it is located. I have loved living here for the past two years and want nothing more than to find a similar place where I move to next. Mary and Alaina in the office are incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and kind. Maintenance is always on point, all I have to do is email one of the property managers and I usually get my problem dealt with the same more

Williamsburg Village Apts

2000 Sw 16th St, Gainesville, FL 32608

03/29/14 by anonymous: First of all, this place is old. My parents lived here while they built a home in Gainesville almost 30 years ago. As hard as maintenance tries and believe me they are wonderful, problems do arise on a frequent basis. You'll want renter's insurance in case your water heater leaks and floods your unit or your upstairs neighbor flushes baby wipes and consequently floods your bathroom more
