Paddock Club Gainesville

1105 Fort Clarke Boulevard, Gainesville, FL 32606

08/28/14 by anonymous: I've lived at the Paddock Club for 2 years now and it is very QUIET! I work different shifts and it is so nice to come home and not have a million noises to interrupt everything, sometimes a little too quiet. Maintenance and office people are courteous and the manager knows you by name when he is walking through the community. Kid friendly and pet friendly too (i have both). more

Oakbrook Walk Apartments

1331 SW 13th Street, Gainesville, FL 32608

07/08/14 by anonymous: I am really surprised by reading reviews over here. One thing i wanna point out here is that Maintenance service. Internet goes off on saturday evening. They told us that it will be fix by monday. Upon calling on monday it was told that it will be fixed by tomorrow morning. Upon calling on Tuesday they told us the same story that it will be fixed by 5 pm wednesday--->friday. Insects crawl here and more

Creekwood Apartments

2056 Nw 55th Blvd, Gainesville, FL 32653

08/14/14 by anonymous: Me and my husband moved to creekwood because the apartments are so big, clean and nice! The apartment manager is amazing. If you have a problem maintenance fixes it, for us, within that day. The parking lot, pool area and play ground are always so clean. The only complaint I would have are the neighbors around me in the complex. They want nothing to do with anyone and are not willing the help more

Southwest Villas

3643 Southwest 20th Avenue, Gainesville, FL 32608

08/19/14 by anonymous: Great place. Very safe and quiet. within walking distance to winndixie. Maintenance was very good about fixing things. Ren'a, the office attendant, was very helpful whenever I needed something. Definetly recommend to anyone looking for a one bedroom place in gainesville. more

Towne Parc Apartments

2930 SW 23rd Terrace, Gainesville, FL 32608

04/17/14 by anonymous: It almost doesn't feel worthwhile to write this review seeing as how Towne Parc already has a bunch of really high reviews, but it was such an awesome place to live that I feel obligated to review it anyway. Hands down, Towne Parc is the best place to live in Gainesville. The staff is extremely nice; better than anywhere else I've lived in my four years at UF. The manager of the more

Hunters Crossing

4830 Nw 43rd St, Gainesville, FL 32606

08/26/14 by Verified Resident: We have loved living in the apartment. I have lived in many different apartments in Gainesville over the last 11 years. Hunter's Crossing is by far our favorite which includes the amenities and the location to the Publix plaza. The office staff is excellent as well. more

The Retreat at Magnolia Parke (formerly Marta)

4170 NW 50th Terrace, Gainesville, FL 32606

08/06/14 by Verified Resident: These apartments are quiet and comfortable. The management is very anxious to please. The location is convenient to most of Gainesville. The site adjoins a conservation area through which footpaths go beside a pond and through a swampy area filled with birds. At night the apartments that adjoin this area are filled with the singing of an amazing chorus of frogs. more

Mount Vernon Apartments

2370 Sw Archer Rd, Gainesville, FL 32608

06/02/14 by anonymous: Mount Vernon is a great place to live in Gainesville! It's a short walk to the veterinary school or medical schools, and a short drive to anything you could need on Archer. It's an older complex, but that has it's upsides! The walls are thick, so you rarely ever hear your neighbors. It's mostly a community of graduate students or working people, no loud undergrads! There was more

Lake Crossing Apartments

4000 Nw 51st St, Gainesville, FL 32606

08/21/14 by jdmckinstry: I've been here since summer of last year and so far, have had little to complain about. My biggest complaint was my AC, which even ran my electric bill up, but the management and staff worked extremely hard to fix that for me as soon as I told them. They didn't waste my time with excuses or just refilling freon. Instead they came in, full force, cleaned it out, opened it up and found the more

Williamsburg Village Apts

2000 Sw 16th St, Gainesville, FL 32608

03/29/14 by anonymous: First of all, this place is old. My parents lived here while they built a home in Gainesville almost 30 years ago. As hard as maintenance tries and believe me they are wonderful, problems do arise on a frequent basis. You'll want renter's insurance in case your water heater leaks and floods your unit or your upstairs neighbor flushes baby wipes and consequently floods your bathroom more
