I can only give this property a positive rating because it can be cost effective. Otherwise I would stay clear. The units are very old and the property has yet to recover from multiple owners, bankruptcy and hurricanes. I have been out here for several years and while there is always talk about rebuilding the amenities and restoring all the courses little progress has ever been seen. Utilities are kind of high especially electric since these are old buildings lacking adequate insulation and the air conditioners are terribly undersized.
