YES I LIVED AT THESE APARTMENTS

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
I lived at the Hilltop Terrace Apartments, in Haines City. These apartments are over priced and over charged. They never keep an apartment manager, it was 6 in the 2 years that I, lived there. They got $550,000.00 to fix them up and if they spent $50,000.00 of that money they did good. That money came from USDA and they did nothing with it. This company is crocks and i would not advise anyone to make that your next stop.. There is drugs that is being sold out there and no one seems to care and when we did get a manager that did care they she left because she said that "they are not a good company to work for" so why would you want to live there'
