I have lived here for many years off and on. I keep coming back because I feel safe here. It is quiet and a nice view. The manager is very helpful and nice. My A/C/heat broke recently and the nexy day he had the people out there putting in a bigger and better unit. He also brought me a heater to use for the night before. The insulation is great. The older apts. are a little on the worn side, but for the peace and quiet you get it makes up. All shpping and laundry is close by. Great location. I'm happy here. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

This apartment sucks I lived there three years the two bed rooms are fine and once the new management came in it went downhill from there. I moved in a three bed room and my ac would run for hours at a time till it would freeze and still be 85 in my apartment and management says what every the tempture is outside add 10 degrees to that and that??s what you apartment should feel like. My light every month was more than my rent if Bill was still there thing would be different.

mediterranean villias apartment sucks the units is very old and need sevaral repairs. the a/c leaks and smells, most of the apartments have continue roof leaks. the manager do not want to make repairs just want the rent. and if you are late on the rent and pay he still feel like he has to tell your personal buiness to everyone that he comes in contact he cant keep personal info. the manger has a very bad attitude when dealing with the villas issues. when it is time to move out he finds all excuses to keep your deposit even after the inspection is completed. i can truly say that the up keep on the property is not maintained. roaches is very bad,the spray man come out and in 10 seconds there out.it is bad that renters just want rent. but not caring about the best intrest of the tennants.and to have a bad attitude make it worse. everyone is going thru but, one thing about it you don't expose others peronsal buiness.
