I have lived here almost 2 years and so far has been one of the best apartments I have ever lived. Any time I called in a maintenance problem, the maintenance man fixes what needs to be fixed within 24 hours. He's always friendly and funny and it's nice to go to the management office to talk to the staff. It seems like they are all a good team and they always stop to say hello whenever they are outside. I like it that the Manager and Assistant Manager make sure that everyone follows the rules, no exceptions to anybody. I did get a note on my car for parking at the curb, but it was my fault, I admit. The functions are nice to go to and meet neighbors. It's very quiet at night and we have a gate at the front entrance with an attendent. The country club at the end of our street has a really good restuarant at very reasonable prices. Sunday brunches are the best! A couple of my co-workers moved into the apartment complex after I mentioned it to them and I got $50 off my rent for each person after they moved in! It's a perfect place for Disney Castmembers!
