Love it - I have been living at Grenelefe since Aug 2010. I love my condo! Its over 900 sq feet for a 1 bedroom with a very large balcony that runs the length of the unit with entrances from the bedroom and dining/living room. Stear Clear This place is old, and understaffed. If it were not for their private zoning I am sure codes enforcement would have shut this place down years ago. They just have never been able to recoup after going belly-up.

Safe and friendly I feel very safe at home. Nice if you could get a better parking spot and if the after-school kids didn't rule the place in the afternoons and weekends.... but all in all I really am pleased about my choice.
