	This is an awful place. there are some very troublsome tenants living there. The management ignores the problem and does nothing about it. You have some very obnoxious and noisy individuals, who keep up constant disturbances with each other. There ... more

	I found it safe, courteous, well worth the cost, pet friendly, clean, great views, fantastic location, very roomy, easy creditwise, lovely neighbors, and nice management

	Lived here two years, everything beautifully painted I have new beige carpet, new appliances, security, great views, two blocks from beach, near Publix, very safe, two parking spaces. But, you must clean up after your doggy.
