I receive an eviction notice for another tenant who some how resides in my apartment. I have 24 hours to remove my property. This is a suprise to me. It's a male name. I happen to be a female. I have my lease and also bank statements of my payments. It's apparent that management is not doing their job. My apartment smells like mildew and smoke all the time. I purchase plug-ins to try to remove the smell. The next step is to call the code enforecement to make a complaint. When the lease is up, I'm leaving.
