I have lived at Lake Villa Apartments for about 5 yers now. I feel it necesarry to leave a review because of how satisfied i have been these past 2 to 3 years with how the property has changed. I was very close to cancelling my lease when Natalie was the manager on property. Since the manager was changed to Jennifer i have to say that the way this property has been, the atmosphere and even the physical appearance of the property has changed. I go into the office almost on a daily basis to say hi to the wonderful staff and get coffee and i have to say that everyday every one in the office is always happy and cheerful. Both Jennifer and Marc are quick to help with any problems i am having and the maintenance men are quick to fix them, the property looks great and the staff is amazing, thank you very much to the staff for making Lake Villa Apartments a great place to live !!
