Loved my apt. - I lived in 600 parkview dr. and it was a great place. Although some of the guards (not ralph though!) are a little mean and think they own the place, my apt was awesome. It had a renovated kitchen, a great-lofty view...and enough space. One of the best in south florida... I've always feared living in apartment complexes, since moving into Lake Villa the paranoia is gone. I've found the administrative staff to be truly attentive to the needs of the residents. I wouldn't trade the staff with anyone.

My family and I moved in several months ago and we find this area very quiet and close to just about anything. Tenants here are very nice as well as the office and maitanance staff. We have a nice little park behind the builings as well as a fishing dock and a driving range. Very nice pool area
