Great Place! I have been living at Lake Villa for many years and I have to say there is no noise at night I love the fact that they do FREE pest control, great gym and a clean pool and my neibors are all very friendly and respectful. I read some of the comments left by some of the other people

One of the best in south florida... I've always feared living in apartment complexes, since moving into Lake Villa the paranoia is gone. I've found the administrative staff to be truly attentive to the needs of the residents. I wouldn't trade the staff with anyone.

My family and I moved in several months ago and we find this area very quiet and close to just about anything. Tenants here are very nice as well as the office and maitanance staff. We have a nice little park behind the builings as well as a fishing dock and a driving range. Very nice pool area
