Happy I chose here Great staff, quick maintenance repairs, and well kept grounds. I am enjoying it. Safe for kids as the bus picks up right at the office and well lit for the dark mornings.

Great Place To Live! I have lived at pure living for about a year now and love it! My home is so spacious and open. The office makes you feel very well taken care of especially Melanie.I will definetely renew and looked at other properties in the area before deciding and this is the best by far.

NOISY I can hear every step the person makes above me..ughh make it stop!! I swear its like they never sit down. I know when they wake up, go and come home from work, and go to bed....so needless to say its not quiet in that regard.

very happy I've been here since Ocotber 2010. The bulidings are clean and the landscaping is well maintained. I rent a 2 bedroom on the third floor and love the apartment. It is very modern and open. I had a couple minor maintenance issues when I moved in which were fixed immediately.

Do they ever answer the phone???? I have been trying to call the leasing office #866-698-1207 for 2 weeks now and no one has ever picked up the phone!! I keep getting voicemail and even on the weekends! I just tried calling the phone # listed here for their office and it was some other apartment

Looks Can Be Deceiving!! I lived there for a year. The gate is always open. Garbage compressor brakes often, so it becomes a mountain of trash visible to anyone that comes into the complex. Office staff is not very professional. My washer flooded once. The toilets are very weak and have flooded
