This used to be a great luxury apartment community. Now the gate is broken and the maintenance is a joke. The new tenants are questionable at best and most of the people that have lived here a while are moving out. Things got better when JMG was here but they sold the community in June 2004. Here are the problems:

1. FLOODING - The parking lot gets a foot deep when it rains. I have seen cars stall from it.

2. LEAKS - Mine doesn't but I have heard from neighbors that the roof leaks

3. QUESTIONABLE NEIGHBORS - Kind of turning into a little wannabe ghetto. Packs of kids roam around. There has been break-ins and vandalisms. My purse was stolen from my apartment while I was sleeping in the bedroom. The window was smashed out of my car to steal the change I had in the ashtray.

4. LACK OF CARE OR CONCERN: Called all day to get my A/C fixed on a Sunday. Advertise 24 hour maintenace, but don't consider broken A/C an emergency, even when it is over 90 degrees outside and there is a two-month old baby inside turning beat-red.

5. SECURITY - The gate has been broken for over a year now... Need I say more' Other people wrote about security being rude, but I have not had that problem.

In short, look else where. These apartments are expensive and you do not get what you pay for!!!!! (Like half of the 4 machines in the gym broken, you do the math)
