It floods

Years at this apartment: 2000-01-01 - 2002-01-01

It seems like a nice gated place to live with plenty of amenities, but once it rains, the streets INSIDE the gates FLOOOOOOD!!! Outside, you're ok, just driving to your parking space or front door is horrible.

The waters comes all the way up to the sidewalk and makes the whole place look like a lake.

Don't ever rent here.

And then there's the office staff, no customer service skills whatsoever, not even common courtesy!
