Good Price They gave me half off my first month and a lower security deposit. So I moved in for less than a thousand which was the cheapest I found in Hialeah. Place is very clean, and the staff is very helpful. I am really happy here.

Do not move in here!!! Management is not clear on specific fees when you first come to inquire about apartments. Every month the bill increases with miscellanous charges, so you always owe them something because these fees are not included in the rent. There is no way on regulating the a/c.
