This place is absolutely horrible. Short of being homeless I can't imagine a worse living arrangement. Please whatever you do, do not stay here!! Their maintenance (for lack of a better word) is basically non existant. By the way, don't expect any help from management regarding maintenance. The kitchen sink drain is rusted horrobly and has a stench of God only knows what when you turn on the water. The garbage disposal is backing up so the food from the previous resident comes out of the sink if you let water run. There method for fixing things that you complain about is to tell their residents "To put lemons in the garbage disposal" to get rid of the smell as opposed to fixing it. When I complained about the bathtub needing to be reglazed and the fawcets replaced I was told "this is the real world." One evening we came home and saw a line of ants with and without wings coming into the bedroom from the window. I sprayed them with raid and told the front office. They gave us insect killing pills to put throughout our place. Two weeks later pest control comes and refused to spray because "I don't see anything alive flying or crawling around." I was told to call back when there are live insects in the apartment. I know you must be tired of reading and I'm tired of writing. Please do think this is just one persons opinion. Everyone else is just tired of complaining. Remember I just got here less than a month ago.
