These apartments are not the worst I have ever seen, but they are the worst I have ever lived in. Mold is rampant in the HVAC system primarily and in some walls. The original lead based paint is still on the walls. They just paint over it. They force you to sign a mold addendum to your lease agreement saying that you understand you will be living with mold. This is not a joke. I suggest living upstairs as the ceilings let every noise pass through. There is a $450 non-refundable pet fee. Also, not a joke. Appliances are very old in many apartments. If you do choose to live here, absolutely inspect your apartment prior to moving in. If you are FAA and working at the center, sign a short term lease. (7 or less months) Breaking a lease is an unbelievable $1500! Safety is not a concern here. I have not heard of any crime in the area. Most people living here have families. I know there aren't many options in Hilliard, but look somewhere else.

Wow! I live in cold, Ohio and and subscribe to the Georgian Tribune so I could find a snowbird getaway in the St. Mary's area. This company has an ad in this paper advertising $99.00 Moves You In. Hilliard, Fla. doesn"t seem too far from St. Mary's, so I decided to check out the ratings on this Eastwood Oaks Apts. This review has changed my mind about do a rental there.
