Eastwood Oaks This is not the best place to live.
There is mold in the apartments and the rent goes up every time you turn around.
The appliances do not work and you cannot get maintenance to do anything.
It is probably best to look else where

Good Living I must compliment the new staff and the new maintenence man is wonderful, he is very knowledgable of his job and does everything he can to help. Before, the new changes I knew not to call the office for any problem we had, because they wouldn't and didn'nt get done.

Look elsewhere These apartments are not the worst I have ever seen, but they are the worst I have ever lived in. Mold is rampant in the HVAC system primarily and in some walls. The original lead based paint is still on the walls. They just paint over it. They force you to sign a mold addendum
