I lived at Conquistador for 2 years. I found it quiet and well maintained. If you are looking for a moderately priced apartment in an acceptable area of town, I recommend this place. There is a church on the west side of the complex which has loud bells, but if you avoid being on that side of the complex, you should be fine. The management is responsible and helpful. There are residents there who've lived there for years and are very satisfied.
