I'm a fairly new tenant, FYI, but have to agree with the previous poster. The apartments are lovely, but I was faced with a horrible leak and drywall repair (encompassing most of one living room wall) when I moved in, and it took over a month for the repair to be redone correctly. The management staff is abrupt and often borderline rude. They actually consistently act as though you are serving them, instead of the other way around.

Maintenance staff is either great or awful, depending on who you get. One service person was a disaster. Also, it takes several phone calls and actual pleading to get things done.

Overall -- a nice place, the units are lovely, noise is never a problem. It's just too bad the customer service SUCKS. They seem to have no commitment to making their tenants happy.
