Today my friend responsed in all capital letters because he was angry. Apparently, whoever this person leebryanstein@yahoo.com saying(are these reviews real) updated his response even though its still dated February 11, he viewed this today February 19, it must have been done within maybe 4 hours of my friends response. I find it hard to believe that someone that doesnt work for the building is going on to this website to check responses each day. My friend is involved in a lawsuit not involving a rape. He said the valets were obnoxious but he never got raped by one. It was written by somebody else. I find it hard to believe anybody would like this building, my friend was extremely angry at the treatment he got and that is why he wrote in all capitals. He is trying to get money back, of course I cant disclose all details but this place is gross. What do you think you are going to get on Hollywood by the beach for one bedrooms starting in the 800s two bedrooms probably 1100. Hollywood is not the greatest area and my friend relocated from another state and left within a short time. Dont fool people, he had major trouble in this building. The staff is ridiculous, rejects who cant work for rentals on Miami Beach, Aventura, Brickell Key or just people who enjoy the pathetic atmosphere and like to see their tenants suffer and not do anything about it, this was the case. My friend called me quite a bit while he lived here very angry. Quite frankly I visited it, and stayed over, went in the rental office, its a dump. The reason why people are angry and may post things like lawsuit material is because the leasing office lies to you when you move in and you get screwed out of money, you would be angry too. Its a real piece of crap-3001 South Ocean Drive, Bay Club in Aventura is pricier, I lived there and it was nice. I never had a major problem there except noise. There was one problem with a valet, he got fired, supposedly he "hit on" a tenant-no there wasnt a rape but rumor had it he said something a little too explicit- I never had a problem with him and talked to him frequently. The staff was courteous, everything was fixed okay and we never had to pay extra. This isnt the Bay Club, please pay a little extra and go to places as Bay Club, Turnberry on the Green, Summit Aventura(believe its still called that) Lincoln Pointe(believe its still the name)..Read up on areas as Aventura, look through Apartment Guide in Aventura and see those apartments. Please dont take a chance. As for Leebryanstein@yahoo.com(that doesnt prove thats your real name and you may work for the building) I can only wonder why you are so interested and like this building, it was a major pain the ass for my friend and you never lived here.
