i wrote the review about taking a big chance it's the most recent after this one..mr. stein if that is your name, anything is possible, may be or maybe not, live here for a while and you will get the picture..obviously after these postings they have gotten word, valets will be friendly as leasing but they aren't when you sign the lease and live there or frequently visiting..southern parking has a lot of different accounts as you can see on their website..some are upscale, some aren't-some are not upscale and just ordinary-my friend contacted the upscale ones such as Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables and gave names of valets who he knew were I guess the best word is "corrupt"..just to warn them..Mr. Stein you understand that you did not stay here..also it depends on the floor you lived on and your neighbors..of course in south florida every apartment or condo complex from Brickell Avenue to Boca Raton is going to have "drug dealer types" running in and out..regardless of how cheap of expensive..but office staff is going to be better in more upscale places- I have found..I have lived on Brickell Key and they were cooperative with anything..the place probably got a reputation which got back to leasing and it looks prettier..it's not..noise from the ocean is horrible and night..the view is nice i agree but you can hear wind currents..bottom line it is a pain in the ass move somewhere else but of course there are always good points to everything along the way..
