Regarding your review - there are a few things you don't know. I've been a resident at this property for the past 16 years and thus have a different opinion on your findings. Here's the truth about this property:
Residents consist of prostitutes, strippers, pimps, drug dealers and other low life losers. Many apartments are camping grounds for minimum wage bums where 20 of them shack up in a one bedroom unit with mattresses all over the floor. Other apartments have been raided by the D.E.A. and S.W.A.T teams because they were methamphetamine labs. How about the armed robbery in the 4001 building where some guy held up a mother in the laundry room at gunpoint - dragging her to her apartment to steal her jewelry. You also forgot to mention the stabbing in the lobby - with blood everywhere. The police constantly arrest the criminals living here; if you spend enough time here you'll see them being dragged away almost on a daily basis. The air-conditioning which is supposedly included in the rent never works, causing mold to grow all over the place. The hot water never works and many times there is no water at all! What about the feces in the pool, soiled diapers in on the floor in the garage, empty beer cans in the elevators, ... - oh before I forget, how about the constantly malfunctioning elevators. One just fell 12 floors in the 3901 building. The "heated" pools are cold; The business center computers don't work; maintenance staff come into peoples apartments when residents are out and steal from them. I could go on but think I've made my point. Remember, I live here - you don't! One thing for sure, I'll be moving as soon as my lease is up in May.
