Pathetic Staff From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/4/2008 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I've lived at the Resort at Pembroke Pines for more than 2 years. barely 6 months after moving out, we realized that they made a delinquency charge on my credit report for not paying the dues. The staff never returned our deposit money and didn't bother sending us a mail nor did they call us. Sneaky sneaky !! Upon inquiry regarding this charge, the lady at the leasing office wouldn't even answer our calls although she was at her desk (We came to know about this after calling up the leasing consultant at the adjacent desk). After 10-15 calls, she finally picked up the phone and answered quite rudely as though she was doing a big favor on us by picking up the phone. She went to the extent of even insulting us. Real pathetic .... the poor quality of the staff ruins the good location of these apartments. I wish I could give a rating below a single star.
