The apartments were okay given the location and how expensive South Florida has gotten. The view is killer, there is live music from the park in the weekend and you are close to everything whether driving or walking. I didn't like the paper thin walls and the cramped feel of the apartment. Parts of the area are sketchy at night and you have to watch out for the crazies roaming about, especially the ones getting off the local bus. There's a local prostitute who wears a blonde wig that looks like a rag who is nuts. Thank God she didn't live in the apartment.
