New Rental at Resort at pembroke Pines I just moved into the property and it is very clean the pools are spotless the hot tub is very clean no smell of chemicals. The new management staff were very helpful in getting me into my new apartment. They all when out of there way for me.

Sucks Their is never any parking close to were you live, the garbage trucks are very loud. Their always leafs at mt front door and never clean up. The light in the corridor was out for about 4 days until it was fixed. The 1 bedroom apartment is too small, the a/c never really blows cold
