bad bad bad... ac does not work in the apartments, bad maintenance or none at all very poor management. cabinets are falling apart in the kitchen, bathrooms, hot water heaters are going bad .black mold everywhere, owner says air conditioning is a luxury in florida please !!!!!!

Not Happy At All!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oak trail is a descrace!!!!!!...they have poor service and rude staff.....the grounds are disgusting,and the apartments are filled with wolf spiders!!!!!.....although they warn you about it...I dont see them doing anything to take care of this

Cheap They are fairly inexpensive.. Nice landlords, follow through with maintenence and such.. allow pets, and are very reasonable. Only thing to complain about is probably the neighbors... But you get that anywhere I suppose (Noise problems)
